🧭 About the Program

This Accelerator Program is designed for recent graduates or current university students interested in Web3, crypto, and QA engineering. It provides a full-time, immersive experience with hands-on exposure to the backend of the world’s largest digital asset exchange.

👥 Team Overview

You’ll join the "Home, Market & Dashboard" team, which focuses on:

• User interface quality
• Seamless access to market and account data
• Enhancing core user experiences on Binance

🧪 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to test high-quality products
• Understand business and technical context to write robust test cases
• Perform functional and regression testing
• Log and track bugs; ensure timely resolution
• Build and run Java-based test automation scripts

✅ Requirements

• Recent graduate or current university student (full-time availability M–F)
• Strong interest or prior experience in QA or testing (including internships)
• Solid Java coding skills (can code from scratch)
• Familiarity with MySQL
• Basic understanding of QA methodologies and software engineering concepts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated, fast learner, and team-oriented
