As a QA Tooling Developer, you'll be involved in developing and maintaining systems that enhance the efficiency of software development and release cycles within the company. About Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

The Binance Accelerator Program is a 6-month immersive program that gives you the chance to experience life at Binance. In addition to gaining practical experience, you’ll also be able to build your professional network and develop key skills that will serve you in your career.

Responsibilities

• Tooling Requirements: Collaborate with various teams to understand their tooling requirements and design solutions to improve engineering efficiency.
• System Development: Develop internal systems to streamline software development processes and improve the release cycle.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Ensure high availability of service by maintaining the cloud infrastructure of tooling systems.
• Testing Environments: Oversee the maintenance of internal testing environments to ensure quality control is adhered to.
• Support Engineers: Assist engineers with daily development tasks, including configuration management and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Student Status: Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, Golang, or other programming languages.
• Middleware Knowledge: Familiarity with middlewares such as MySQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and more.
• Software Development Knowledge: Understanding of modern CI/CD processes and the software development life cycle.
• Technical Tools: Experience with open-source technologies and cloud services.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Learning & Troubleshooting: Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Program Commitment: Ability to start in April 2024 for 3 to 6 months.
