This is Binance’s training-ground program offering hands-on, real-world experience. It’s tailored for candidates early in their careers who want to break into crypto, DeFi, or blockchain through data, research, or engineering paths.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze massive volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data (PB-scale).
• Use data engineering, querying, and modeling tools to drive insights.
• Build visualizations, machine learning models, or experiments that support research and product development.
• Work with APIs to extract or ingest data into analytical environments.
• Maintain reporting environments: define metadata, manage sources, ensure data security.
• Provide actionable insights to operations teams and executives.
• Troubleshoot and optimize reporting systems and dashboards.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or related fields (or final-year student).
• Strong skills in:
• SQL, GraphQL, Python
• ETL / data modeling
• Data sourcing via APIs
• Familiar with tools like:
• Dune Analytics, Nansen, or similar blockchain analytics platforms.
• Good understanding of DeFi, Web3 infrastructure, and tokenomics.
• Excellent analytical thinking, data interpretation, and communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential or sensitive data appropriately.
