About the Program:

An immersive fixed-term program for university students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the Web3 space at Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The program offers marketing exposure, community engagement, networking opportunities, and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing retail user marketing campaigns (promotions, product launches).
• Prepare campaign proposals, manage budgets, and analyze post-campaign performance.
• Coordinate and host online/offline events like webinars, meetups, and product showcases.
• Foster and manage social communities across Telegram, Facebook, etc., monitoring sentiment.
• Innovate on campaigns, channels, creatives for user acquisition and growth.
• Support recruitment and engagement of volunteer brand ambassadors via the Angel Program.
• Moderate forums and social platforms to boost positive community engagement.
• Coordinate inter-departmental efforts between Angels and Binance teams.

Requirements:

• Experience launching community initiatives (forums, ambassador programs, event series, newsletters).
• Experience managing online/offline events.
• Social media management skills (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
• Flexible working hours to engage frequently with the crypto community.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual English proficiency for international coordination.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, team player with a positive learning attitude.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and culture.
