About the Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers early career professionals and recent graduates an immersive experience in the rapidly growing Web3 and blockchain space. Participants gain hands-on exposure to Binance’s global blockchain ecosystem, develop key skills, and expand their professional network to jumpstart their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting retail users (promotions, product launches, engagement).
• Prepare campaign proposals, budgets, and post-campaign reports analyzing performance and ROI.
• Coordinate and host online/offline events (product showcases, webinars, meetups).
• Manage and engage user communities across platforms such as Telegram and Facebook, monitoring sentiment.
• Continuously experiment with new campaigns, channels, and creative ideas to optimize user acquisition and engagement.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of volunteer brand ambassadors via the Angel Program, tracking their contributions.
• Moderate local forums and chat groups to boost community engagement.
• Coordinate between Angels and Binance teams (BD, Marketing, etc.) for campaigns and market research.
• Execute marketing initiatives with a hands-on approach.

Requirements:

• Experience launching community initiatives (forums, ambassador programs, event series, newsletters).
• Experience managing online/offline events.
• Skilled in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
• Willingness to work flexible hours to engage actively with the crypto community.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual English required to coordinate with international teams.
• Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency terms, trends, and culture.
