About the Role

This program offers early career professionals and recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the blockchain and crypto space at Binance. You will be involved in marketing campaigns, community building, event coordination, and more — all while developing your professional network and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with marketing campaigns targeting retail users (promotions, launches, engagement).
• Prepare campaign proposals, budgets, and post-campaign performance reports.
• Coordinate and host online/offline events (community meetups, webinars, product showcases).
• Manage and engage user communities on platforms like Telegram, Facebook, Instagram.
• Develop new ideas and campaigns for growth and optimization.
• Support recruitment and management of volunteer brand ambassadors (Angel Program).
• Moderate forums and social media to increase community engagement.
• Coordinate inter-department cooperation between volunteers and Binance teams.
• Execute marketing efforts with a hands-on approach.

Requirements:

• Experience launching community initiatives (online forums, ambassador programs, event series).
• Experience managing social media and online/offline events.
• Flexible working hours to actively engage with the crypto community.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Bilingual English proficiency (for global coordination).
• Positive, team-player mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of crypto terminology and culture.
