📍 Role Overview

• Position: Binance Accelerator Program – SEA Marketing
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Remote-friendly)
• Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Internship (for early career talent)
• Ideal Candidates: Current students or recent graduates
• Program Purpose: Immersive entry into Web3 & blockchain marketing, with skill-building and networking opportunities at Binance

💼 Key Responsibilities

You’ll support Binance’s growth and community-building in Vietnam and the Southeast Asia region:

• Support marketing campaigns: Promotions, launches, user engagement initiatives
• Assist with events: Both online (webinars, AMA sessions) and offline (meetups, showcases)
• Manage communities: Monitor and engage users on platforms like Telegram, Facebook, etc.
• Develop creative marketing ideas: Campaigns, channel testing, user acquisition strategies
• Support the Angel Program: Recruit, engage, and manage community ambassadors
• Moderate social media and forums to ensure vibrant and respectful discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams: Work with BD, Marketing, Research, and more

✅ Requirements

Core Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram)
• Comfortable working flexible hours, especially evenings/weekends (crypto never sleeps)
• Strong English communication skills (bilingual English is a must)
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
• Basic understanding of crypto/Web3 concepts and culture

Strong Pluses:

• Launched a forum, ambassador program, event series, or similar initiative
• Written and sent email newsletters or campaign reports
• Managed offline events (meetups, workshops)
• Existing involvement in crypto communities in Vietnam
