About the Role:

Join Binance’s Accelerator Program to gain hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) within the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. This fixed-term role offers early career talent the opportunity to work on real-world security systems and AI-driven IAM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IAM for backend systems and support PAM operations
• Maintain and enhance AIbot functionalities in IAM systems
• Provide support for account permissions, access controls, data protection, and risk analysis
• Monitor system alerts and recommend improvements based on system evaluations
• Handle ad-hoc security tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Understanding of IAM principles and security protocols
• Familiarity with AI workflows, LLMs, RAG techniques, Elastic Search, and vector databases
• Proficient in Python, Django; experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker preferred
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments
