• Creative Content & Branding: Design recruitment marketing materials, social media content, and presentations to attract top talent
• Recruitment Support: Enhance job descriptions, candidate communication, and employer branding efforts
• Market Research & Strategy: Analyze trends in talent attraction, social media engagement, and employer positioning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Skilled in design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing
• Passionate about employer branding, recruitment marketing, and storytelling
• Authorized to work in the specific country
