About the Role:

Join Binance's Accelerator Program as a UX/UI Designer, gaining hands-on experience designing internal systems that improve user experience in the Web3 space. This immersive opportunity blends real project work with professional development and global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal system design to improve efficiency and user experience
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, developers, and cross-regional teams
• Participate in prototyping, UI asset optimization, and production hand-off
• Conduct UX/UI walkthroughs and competitive analysis
• Translate design instructions into practical, high-quality outputs

Requirements:

• Basic design skills and strong grasp of design principles
• Background in Art, Design, Computer Science, or relevant project experience
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
• Strong team player with a collaborative attitude
• Available full-time for 6 months (Mon–Fri)
