Position Overview

Binance is seeking passionate crypto enthusiasts to join as Binance Captains across Africa, particularly in key regions such as Kenya, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Angola, and South Africa. In this ambassador-style role, you will lead educational and community engagement initiatives, organize local events and workshops, and act as a bridge between Binance and its users.

This is a 6-month renewable contract opportunity designed for individuals ready to champion crypto adoption in Africa's rapidly evolving Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organize Offline Events:

Plan and execute local Binance meet-ups in Tier-2 cities
Promote Binance’s Telegram and affiliate programs at events
Handle event logistics including venues, vendors, and onsite execution
Collect feedback from local community members to help improve regional strategies

2. Lead Campus Workshops:

Partner with universities and educational institutions
Conduct educational seminars and workshops to promote crypto awareness and Binance’s role in the ecosystem

Requirements

Strong understanding of cryptocurrency terminology, market trends, and culture
Proven experience in community building, event organization, or ambassador programs
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated success in partnership development (references preferred)
Passionate about Binance’s mission and committed to spreading crypto education
