About the Role

Binance is seeking a Business Development professional fluent in Arabic to join the Binance Link initiative under our VIP & Institutional team. This is a 6-month contract role, ideal for someone passionate about Web3 partnerships and business growth in the MENA region. You’ll work closely with strategic partners, help grow key relationships, and drive adoption of Binance’s institutional-grade crypto solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Servicing: Support the Partnership Manager in managing day-to-day communication with partners and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Lead Identification & Pitching: Assist in identifying partnership opportunities and effectively pitching tailored Binance products and services.
• Commercial Negotiation & Project Management: Contribute to deal structuring, onboarding partners, and managing smooth technical and operational integrations.
• Relationship Management: Help maintain and grow long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in high-value partner organizations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams—product, tech, compliance, marketing, legal, and operations—to ensure successful execution of partnerships.
• Process Optimization: Propose and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance internal efficiencies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English; Spanish is also required due to global coordination needs. Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging with stakeholders and executives.
• Strong interest and understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Proven ability to identify industry players and initiate partnership discussions.
• Prior experience (part-time or full-time) in business development, partnerships, or account management.
• Familiarity with APIs and basic technical integrations is highly preferred.
• Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Polytechnic or university graduate.
