Responsibilities

• Account Servicing: Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account management, ensuring clear communication and effective handling of inquiries.
• Lead Identification & Pitching: Help identify suitable products and assist in delivering pitches to prospective partners.
• Commercial Negotiations & Project Management: Contribute to negotiations, support onboarding, and ensure smooth execution and integration of partnerships.
• Relationship Management: Help maintain strong, ongoing relationships with executives of key partners.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and ops teams for effective partnership outcomes.
• Process Improvement: Recommend innovative ways to improve internal processes and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Industry Knowledge: Ability to identify and connect with influential local industry players.
• Crypto Knowledge: Strong interest and working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Arabic required. Additional Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
• Education: University or Polytechnic graduate preferred. Prior experience (full-time or part-time) is an advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs is highly preferred.
