About the Role:

This is part of Binance’s Accelerator Program designed for university students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the Web3/crypto space. The focus is on understanding Binance’s ecosystem, working cross-functionally, and growing professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations/Project Management (70%)
• Manage requests from external partners (e.g., airdrops, token swaps) and internal teams (e.g., new trading pairs).
• Evaluate requests with ROI analysis and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives with clear timelines and process optimization.
• Conduct post-mortem reviews and support data-driven improvements.
• Account Management (30%)
• Understand Binance’s products, marketing, and services.
• Analyze business models of listed projects and identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend Binance offerings to listed projects.
• Conduct due diligence reviews on project requests.

Requirements:

• Ability to commit for at least 6 months.
• Organized, detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Alignment with Binance’s core values: humble, hardcore work ethic.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Passion for crypto and digital assets.
• Basic crypto knowledge.
