About the Program

Early career talent (students or recent grads) get immersive experience in the fast-growing Web3/crypto space at Binance — the world’s largest crypto exchange. The program combines hands-on work, networking, and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations/Project Management (70%)
• Manage external requests (airdrops, token swaps) and internal requests (new trading pairs)
• Evaluate requests (including ROI analysis) and negotiate with stakeholders
• Drive initiatives with clear deadlines and optimize processes
• Conduct post-mortem reviews for operational improvements
• Account Management (30%)
• Understand Binance’s products and marketing campaigns
• Analyze listed projects’ business models to find growth opportunities
• Recommend Binance services to projects
• Conduct due diligence on listed projects

Requirements

• Able to commit at least 6 months
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical
• Team player, effective communicator
• Aligns with Binance values: humble, hardcore work ethic
• Proficient with Google Suite
• Passionate about crypto/digital assets
• Basic crypto knowledge
