🧩 Role Responsibilities

Operations & Project Management (70%)

• Handle partner requests (e.g., airdrops, token swaps)
• Manage internal coordination for new token listings/pairings
• Evaluate requests via ROI and impact analysis
• Optimize processes to reduce risk and improve quality
• Support post-mortem reviews and continuous improvement

Account Management (30%)

• Understand Binance’s ecosystem of products and services
• Analyze projects' business models and growth potential
• Recommend relevant Binance offerings
• Perform due diligence on project partner requests

• Available for at least 6 months
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset
• Communicates well and works well in teams
• Proficient in Google Suite
