📌 Role Overview

Position: Post Listing Operations – Accelerator Program

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Remote)

Program Type: Fixed-term (for early-career professionals or students)

🚀 About the Binance Accelerator Program

A short-term immersive program designed for current university students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in Web3. You’ll be exposed to live Binance operations and work directly on post-listing support for crypto tokens.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🛠️ Operations / Project Management (70%)

• Handle external partner requests (airdrop, token swap, etc.)
• Coordinate internal requests (e.g., launching new trading pairs)
• Perform ROI analysis and assess feasibility
• Drive operational improvements and initiative implementation
• Optimize systems for execution quality and risk mitigation
• Conduct post-mortems and process analysis

🤝 Account Management (30%)

• Understand Binance’s ecosystem: products, campaigns, services
• Review project roadmaps to suggest growth opportunities
• Recommend tools/services to listed token teams
• Carry out due diligence on incoming requests

✅ Requirements

• Availability for at least 6 months
• Strong attention to detail & analytical mindset
• Organized and team-oriented
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Interest in blockchain/crypto (basic understanding required)
