Binance Square is the platform’s social content and interaction layer — similar to a Web3-native Twitter/Reddit for crypto. It serves creators and traders by offering tools for publishing, engaging, and sharing crypto-related content.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Own product features for Binance Square, including tools for content creators and social engagement for users
• Drive full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Iterate features based on user feedback and market signals
• Build and improve internal tools and workflows for content operations
• Develop content governance and creator support mechanisms
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver features efficiently and with high quality
• Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance and uncover growth opportunities
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to maintain strategic product direction

✅ Requirements:

• 8+ years in content/community product management
• Experience with large-scale consumer products (millions of DAUs)
• Preferably has worked in social platforms, fintech, or the creator economy
• Strong grasp of UX design, product planning, and execution
• Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to guide product decisions
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape
