Role Overview

At Crypto.com, we are dedicated to user security. Our Security Team is at the forefront of safeguarding our systems, and we are looking for a Blockchain Security Technical Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in writing smart contracts (DApps), blockchain staking, and be enthusiastic about Web3 and blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and monitor smart contracts in Solana and EVM.
• Develop in-depth understanding of blockchains and DApps, with a focus on new blockchain ecosystems.
• Stay up to date with software upgrades and critical blockchain changes.
• Troubleshoot blockchain-specific issues and alerts.
• Share knowledge with internal teams (Engineers, DevOps, Sales, Product Managers, and Customer Success).
• Research new blockchain technologies and support blockchain integration efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Strong client service experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Prior experience supporting applications in a 24/7 environment.
• Hands-on experience in running blockchain nodes, writing smart contracts (DApps), staking, and working with governance and bridges.
• Knowledge in Rust, Solidity, JavaScript, Node.js, Python.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
