Mission:

Support and troubleshoot technical issues for 0x API users, helping internal and external teams resolve complex blockchain-related problems using automation, code, and observability tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose on-chain issues (e.g. pricing anomalies, failed swaps) across EVM/SVM chains
• Reproduce issues with Python/scripts; use tools like Tenderly, Grafana, Dune, Metabase
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for debugging, analysis, and resolution
• Collaborate with engineering to streamline investigation processes
• Own customer support tickets via Pylon, Slack, Telegram with strong prioritization

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of AMMs, DEXs, EVM and SVM mechanics
• Skilled in debugging blockchain transactions and smart contract behavior
• Proficient coder (Python preferred) with automation mindset
• Fluent in using LLMs/AI for problem-solving
• SQL and data analysis experience (Dune, Metabase, etc.)
• Obsessed with customer satisfaction and reliability

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with observability stacks like Grafana/LGMT
• Passion for DeFi and growth into software engineering
