Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze online conversations, media coverage, and social media mentions about Binance and the crypto industry.
• Identify potential risks to Binance’s brand reputation and propose strategies to mitigate them.
• Prepare detailed reports on brand sentiment, media coverage, and other key reputation metrics for internal teams.
• Work closely with PR and communications teams to develop proactive reputation management strategies.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to evaluate Binance’s brand positioning against industry peers.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, news, and best practices in reputation and crisis management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand reputation management, PR, or a similar field—preferably within crypto, fintech, or tech sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data to guide decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strategic in thought and action.
• Experience with reputation management tools and social media monitoring platforms.
