Team Overview:

The BI & Analytics team at CoinDCX transforms data into actionable insights, driving key decisions that influence performance and strategy. The team plays a crucial role in optimizing business growth and performance through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytical Recommendations: Provide data-driven insights to influence product, marketing, and strategic decisions.
• Experiment Design: Design and evaluate product and growth experiments, building and deploying machine learning models where necessary.
• Data Insights: Extract actionable insights related to user behavior, product features, cohorts analysis, user segmentation, and funnels in partnership with growth, product, engineering, and UX teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive product and feature optimizations, improving the user experience and product strategy.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years as an Analyst or in a similar role with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R).
• Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical methods and experiment design.
• Product Analytics Tools: Hands-on experience with product analytics and BI tools such as MixPanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, and Tableau.
