🎯 Role: Junior Business Analyst

This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals. You’ll support business analysis efforts across a variety of industries within IBM’s hybrid cloud and AI ecosystem.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Define project scope and success metrics
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs
• Create business cases, process maps, and user stories
• Participate in workshops, training, and collaborative meetings

✅ Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of business analysis methods
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented and adaptable
