Business Development Associate - LATAM

Rain | Latin America (Remote) | $50K–$155K

Join Rain’s operations team to develop and manage strategic partnerships in the fintech and web3 space across LATAM. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to partners, lead ecosystem initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and help grow Rain’s presence and sales cycle in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Land and grow strategic partnerships
• Advise partners on Rain’s solutions and ecosystem
• Design and deliver events, content, and growth programs
• Meet company-level business objectives
• Maintain clear communication and sales pipeline hygiene

Requirements:

• 6+ years in Business Development or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage deal lifecycles
• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree a plus
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience with B2B sales, Hubspot, Salesforce
• Familiarity with crypto/blockchain
• Experience working in both U.S. and LATAM markets
