🧭 Mission Statement:

Join Binance’s Big Fiat team to build and scale fiat payment infrastructure across APAC. Bridge traditional finance (fiat) and crypto-native experiences to shape the future of payments.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Channel Expansion

• Source and secure partnerships with local PSPs, card acquirers, APMs, and banks in APAC
• Handle end-to-end BD cycle: from opportunity sourcing and due diligence to contract and integration
• Optimize payment flows for conversion, efficiency, and settlement performance

🔹 Business Innovation Exploration

• Track emerging fintech models and regional innovations
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, compliance) to pilot hybrid crypto-fiat solutions
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new financial products and flows

🔹 Infrastructure Strategy

• Understand the intersection of fiat and crypto infrastructure
• Analyze regulatory and ecosystem trends to inform Binance’s long-term APAC strategy

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred: Finance, Business, Law)
• 10+ years total experience, including 3+ years in fintech, payments, crypto, or cross-border BD
• Deep knowledge of payment ecosystems in APAC
• Proven track record in partner development and scaling BD initiatives
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
• Strong business judgment, execution mindset, and stakeholder alignment skills
• Passion for crypto, and interest in learning new financial paradigms
