🌍 Mission

This is a strategic role at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto innovation. The goal: expand Binance’s fiat payment infrastructure across the APAC region by building partnerships with payment service providers (PSPs), banks, and fintechs to bridge fiat and crypto in meaningful, scalable ways.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🚀 Channel Expansion

• Identify and secure partnerships with PSPs, banks, card acquirers, and APMs
• Lead end-to-end BD lifecycle: sourcing → negotiation → integration
• Optimize payment flows: improve conversion, reduce friction, support local settlements

💡 Innovation & Strategy

• Track fintech trends and emerging payment models in APAC
• Co-create solutions with internal teams (product, tech, compliance)
• Drive go-to-market launches for new fiat-crypto solutions

🧱 Infrastructure Thinking

• See the bigger picture: how crypto redefines traditional finance
• Analyze regulations, competition, and macro trends to shape mid-long term strategy

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, or Law preferred)
• 10+ years’ professional experience, with 3+ years in BD in payments, fintech, crypto, or cross-border finance
• Deep knowledge of APAC payment ecosystems
• Excellent partnership execution experience — from sourcing to scaling
• Strong English (additional Asian languages = huge plus)
• Comfortable in fast-moving, decentralized, global environments
• Bonus: Passion for crypto, Web3, or financial innovation
