• Position: Business Development Manager (Fiat Channel)

Responsibilities:

• Channel Expansion:
• Identify and secure partnerships with local PSPs, card acquirers, alternative payment providers, and banking partners across APAC.
• Lead the full cycle from opportunity sourcing, due diligence, commercial negotiation, contract signing, and technical integration.
• Optimize payment flows to improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and enhance settlement capabilities (e.g., local currency settlement).
• Business Innovation Exploration:
• Track emerging payment models and fintech innovations across the region.
• Collaborate with internal product, tech, and compliance teams to pilot new approaches that combine fiat and crypto capabilities.
• Support go-to-market plans for new product constructs and payment flows.
• Infrastructure-Driven Perspective:
• Understand and anticipate how crypto can evolve into next-gen financial infrastructure, particularly in the context of fiat payment rails.
• Stay updated on regulatory, competitive, and ecosystem trends across APAC markets to inform mid-to-long-term strategy.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Business, or Law.
• Experience:
• At least 10+ years of total professional experience, including 3 years in payments, fintech, crypto, or cross-border business development.
• Strong understanding of local PSPs, card schemes, and payment ecosystem players in APAC.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to drive partnerships from 0 to 1 and scale them operationally.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong business judgment and an execution-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across product, compliance, legal, and tech teams.
• Interest in Crypto: Willingness to learn about crypto and new paradigms in finance and infrastructure.
