Mission Statement

As a member of the Big Fiat Team, you will help build and scale Binance’s fiat payment infrastructure throughout the APAC region. Your role is not just about expanding payment channels—it’s about bridging the gap between traditional finance and the crypto-native future of payments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Expansion

• Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with PSPs, banks, card acquirers, and APM providers across APAC.
• Lead end-to-end partnership execution, including opportunity sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, contracting, and integration.
• Optimize payment flows to improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and enhance settlement capabilities (e.g., in local currencies).

2. Business Innovation Exploration

• Monitor fintech and payment model innovations across the region.
• Work with product, tech, and compliance teams to pilot novel fiat-crypto integrations.
• Assist in launching new payment features with go-to-market planning and support.

3. Infrastructure & Strategic Insight

• Anticipate how crypto and traditional finance can merge to create the next generation of financial infrastructure.
• Track and analyze regional regulatory, competitive, and ecosystem developments.
• Offer strategic insights to inform Binance’s medium- to long-term positioning in the payments space.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years total professional experience, including 3+ years in payments, fintech, crypto, or cross-border partnerships.
• Regional Expertise: Deep knowledge of PSPs, card schemes, and financial ecosystems within APAC.
• Language: Fluency in English required; additional APAC languages are a strong plus.
• Execution Skills: Proven track record of launching partnerships from initiation to operational scale.
• Business Acumen: Strong judgment, negotiation, and stakeholder management in dynamic environments.
• Mindset: Curious, collaborative, structured, and hands-on with a passion for crypto and fintech innovation.
