Role Overview

You will lead strategic initiatives to grow Crypto.com's NFT and gaming ecosystem, driving partnerships, product launches, and business growth in the Web3 gaming space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end initiatives from ideation to launch and KPI monitoring
• Identify, engage, negotiate, and manage partnerships with studios, brands, and influencers
• Design and execute co-branded campaigns to boost adoption and visibility
• Develop go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue
• Conduct market research on Web3 gaming trends and competitors
• Represent Crypto.com at industry events, conferences, and forums
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and track deliverables
• Evaluate performance metrics and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years in strategic, deal-focused roles such as business development, partnerships, or corporate development
• Proven track record of closing deals with Web3 projects
• Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, NFTs, Web3 gaming (Play-to-Earn, GameFi)
• Strong network within the Web3 space
• Excellent English communication skills, including public speaking and pitching
• Proactive, self-driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a strong collaborator
• Ability to translate industry trends into actionable business insights
