About the Role:

CoinMarketCap, the world’s most visited crypto site, is looking for a Business Development Operations Contractor to support our advertising, API, and other revenue-driving initiatives. You'll ensure smooth operations from pre-sales through post-sale, acting as the key link between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Operations: Coordinate post-sale delivery of ad campaigns (banners, sponsored content, social ads)
• API Client Support: Manage onboarding and coordination for API clients
• Client Communication: Engage with clients (via Email, Telegram, etc.) to confirm specs, timelines, and updates
• Campaign Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales to ensure seamless execution

Requirements:

• Familiarity with crypto terms and market trends
• 1–2 years experience in operations or related field
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Understanding of digital ad formats and key metrics
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
