Role Overview:

CoinMarketCap is seeking a Business Development Operations Contractor to oversee and support revenue-generating operations across advertising, API products, and more. This position is key to ensuring seamless delivery and post-sale execution of campaigns, onboarding, and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates are highly organized, crypto-aware, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Operations: Manage post-sale execution for ad placements—banners, sponsored content, and social media
• API Support: Coordinate onboarding and client communication for API-related sales
• Client Management: Liaise with clients via email, Telegram, etc., to finalize specs, timelines, and deliverables
• Reporting: Generate and present campaign performance reports
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, design) to ensure asset delivery

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of crypto trends and terminology
• Experience in operations or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with digital advertising formats and KPIs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
