Binance is seeking a Regional Lead to oversee its Fiat and P2P strategy across Africa. This leadership role involves driving business growth, managing compliance, and expanding fiat/P2P ecosystems across the continent. You’ll shape Binance’s regional roadmap and collaborate with global teams on market-specific initiatives.

🌍 Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance strategy for Fiat & P2P across African markets
• Grow and govern a sustainable merchant network with liquidity and pricing stability
• Expand fiat rails via partnerships with banks, wallets, and PSPs
• Align local execution with global product, legal, and compliance teams
• Drive regulatory readiness and ensure operational resilience
• Build and lead a high-performing regional team

✅ Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience; 8+ in crypto, fintech, or payments
• Proven regional leadership across African markets
• Deep knowledge of crypto, mobile money, and local finance systems
• Strong cross-functional and regulatory coordination skills
• Fluent in English; French or local languages are a plus
• High integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for crypto adoption in emerging markets
