📌 Position Summary
Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
🔍 Core Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline via cold outreach (email, phone, social media)
- Qualify leads before handing off to Canva Consultants (AE-equivalent)
- Collaborate with Sales & Success teams to create pipeline strategy
- Learn Canva’s products, customer pain points, and use cases
- Use CRM and outbound tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Pocus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong
- Track and meet key weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics

You’re a strong match if you have:
- Experience in sales prospecting or pipeline generation
- Skills in cold calling, outreach campaigns, objection handling
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (especially Salesforce & Outreach)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Motivation to work toward individual and team targets
