Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to lead strategic partnerships, expand our network, and strengthen KnitFinance’s presence in the Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for blockchain technology and a strong background in business development, partnerships, and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop relationships with key Web3 stakeholders, including blockchain projects, investors, and industry leaders.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new opportunities in blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Community Engagement & Outreach: Represent KnitFinance at industry conferences, meetups, and networking events.
• Deal Negotiation & Execution: Lead negotiations for partnerships and collaborations, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured approach to tracking partnership opportunities, follow-ups, and business development progress.
• Content & Branding: Work with marketing teams to develop presentations, whitepapers, and promotional materials.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align partnership efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales within the blockchain, Web3, or fintech industries.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3, DeFi, and blockchain concepts.
• Networking Skills: Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to simplify complex blockchain concepts.
• Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated experience in deal-making and closing successful partnerships.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market opportunities and execute data-driven decisions.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry with shifting priorities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
