Manager, Business Finance

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling and presentations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Business Finance.
  • Understanding of financial trends and market dynamics.
  • Business acumen and understanding of business development and operations.
  • Experience in commercial negotiations, partnerships, alliances (preferred).
  • Background in eCommerce, fintech, startups, or consumer tech is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly business reviews and company-wide financial planning.
  • Publish mid-month financial outlooks for leadership.
  • Prepare business review presentations and coordinate meetings.
  • Create and refresh the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) quarterly.
  • Develop short- and long-term business and financial plans.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, growth, and performance vs. plans.
  • Maintain cash flow projections and ensure capital adequacy.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Forecast policy/assumption changes impact and communicate to stakeholders.
  • Benchmark with industry peers and support corporate strategy, including IPO readiness.
  • Conduct deep dives and sector analyses.
