Minimum Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant or MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and presentations.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated team player.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Business Finance.
- Understanding of financial trends and market dynamics.
- Business acumen and understanding of business development and operations.
- Experience in commercial negotiations, partnerships, alliances (preferred).
- Background in eCommerce, fintech, startups, or consumer tech is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly business reviews and company-wide financial planning.
- Publish mid-month financial outlooks for leadership.
- Prepare business review presentations and coordinate meetings.
- Create and refresh the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) quarterly.
- Develop short- and long-term business and financial plans.
- Analyze costs, pricing, growth, and performance vs. plans.
- Maintain cash flow projections and ensure capital adequacy.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Forecast policy/assumption changes impact and communicate to stakeholders.
- Benchmark with industry peers and support corporate strategy, including IPO readiness.
- Conduct deep dives and sector analyses.
