Role Overview:

• Act as a key liaison between Central Business & Merchant Operations teams.
• Optimize merchant onboarding, KYC, and servicing processes ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Drive risk & compliance policies related to onboarding, KYC, and servicing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams.
• Automate and streamline merchant KYC documentation review and validation.
• Support internal audits and stay updated on regulatory changes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge.
• Excellent program/process management and execution skills.
• Proactive, independent, and adaptable to regulatory changes.
• Focused on enhancing merchant experience with a bias for action.
