💵 Salary Range: $132,000 – $148,500/year (base, excluding benefits)

As a Business Recruiter, you will drive hiring across various corporate/business departments such as:

• Marketing
• Finance & Accounting
• HR
• Sales
• Trust & Safety
• Legal
• Policy

This is an end-to-end recruiting role that requires agility in working across different functions, hiring for a variety of roles, and balancing high-volume hiring with more niche, specialized roles. You'll also be expected to:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders
• Navigate complex candidate offers
• Optimize candidate experience
• Use data to make hiring decisions and shape strategy

✅ Key Qualifications:

Required:

• 3–5 years of business recruitment experience
• Proven success hiring for corporate functions (e.g., HR, marketing, legal, policy, etc.)
• Familiarity with ATS tools like Greenhouse or Lever
• Ability to drive full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset – comfort with data-driven recruiting decisions

Preferred (Implied from Role):

• Tech/startup or high-growth company experience
• Passion for gaming or community-driven platforms (not required, but culturally aligned)
• Creative problem solver who enjoys navigating ambiguity
