Role: Engineering Manager – Platform (Wallets Liquidity & Bridging)

Location: Canada (Remote)

Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $217,900 CAD

Team Focus

• Enable secure, real-time liquidity across 60+ blockchains
• Develop scalable orchestration services for custodial products
• Ensure sub-second transfers with compliance and cost-efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Define long-term platform strategy and roadmap
• Drive engineering execution with scalable and secure systems
• Lead a team of engineers, promoting growth and engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and ops teams
• Maintain high engineering standards and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in leadership
• Experience in distributed, multi-tenant systems at scale
• Strong coding, planning, and execution skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and hands-on problem solving
• Passionate about decentralized finance and crypto

Nice to Haves

• Blockchain and crypto experience (e.g. Ethereum, ENS, dApps)
• Familiarity with Coinbase’s values and high-throughput systems
