About the Role:

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Consumer to help shape the future of global finance through cryptocurrency innovation. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of high-impact, consumer-facing crypto products that are used by millions globally. You’ll work cross-functionally to build products from concept to launch, aligning with Coinbase’s mission to increase economic freedom.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch across complex domains
• Prioritize and balance stakeholder needs to maximize product impact
• Collaborate with global teams to develop multi-year product roadmaps
• Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities
• Deliver seamless user experiences, avoiding "shipping the org chart"
• Influence leadership through strategic recommendations

Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years taking products from zero to launch
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Deep business and technical acumen
• Passion for crypto and Coinbase’s mission
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in tech or business
• 3+ years in software engineering
• 1–2 years of people management experience
