• Develop backend services for AI chatbot systems
• Implement large-scale, high-performance infrastructure that impacts millions

• Refactor systems and solve online incidents through performance tuning
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

🛠️ Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong Java programming expertise (must-have)
• Hands-on Python experience (a big plus!)
• Background in AI/ML chatbots or LLM integration is a bonus
• Familiar with Flink, Spark, or data jobs? Even better
• Solid grasp of system design and scalable architecture
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
