Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

You’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO and a key executive, responsible for steering CoinDCX’s entire financial function and shaping the long-term financial vision in the fast-evolving Web3 and VDA space.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years in progressive financial leadership
• Proven startup experience, especially in high-growth, dynamic environments
• Background in fintech, BFSI, or regulated sectors with regulatory exposure
• Expertise in corporate finance, compliance, accounting, and risk management
• Ability to lead confidently through ambiguity
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Qualifications such as CA, CFA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) are highly valued

Key Responsibilities

• Drive long-term financial strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and capital allocation
• Build scalable financial models, forecasts, and KPIs balancing ambition and risk
• Oversee accounting, audits, tax planning, and reporting with accuracy
• Enhance internal controls and automate finance operations
• Lead treasury, cost optimization, and working capital management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions
• Develop risk frameworks and crypto-specific financial policies
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team fostering ownership and growth
