🔍 About the Role

Join Binance’s Clearing & Treasury Team, responsible for managing liquidity, operational flows, capital efficiency, and the integrity of financial operations across fiat and crypto ecosystems.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Capital Flow Oversight: Understand and manage the logic of capital movement across systems
• Onboarding & Testing: Support fiat channel integrations and launch testing processes
• Customer Capital Support: Liaise with customer service to resolve fund-related inquiries
• Issue Response: Handle and resolve complex capital issues with sound judgment
• Campaign Support: Collaborate on marketing distribution initiatives involving funds
• Fund Reconciliation: Ensure system-wide reconciliation logic is clear and consistent
• Leadership: Guide subordinates in daily operations and fund-related decision-making

✅ Requirements

• Experience: 7–10 years in clearing, settlement, or treasury roles (e.g., in exchange platforms, payment channels, or banks)
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Language: English fluency is required; Mandarin is a plus
• Skills:
• Strong risk awareness and problem-solving capability
• Reconciliation and fund flow system knowledge
• Excellent logical thinking, communication, and team leadership
• Experience in both traditional and internet finance
• Bonus: Background in risk control, particularly with Visa/acquiring businesses, is highly advantageous
