💼 Role Summary

Join Binance’s Clearing and Treasury Team—the unit that maintains seamless liquidity and capital operations across Binance’s global financial network. This role sits at the center of fiat and crypto fund flows, requiring operational precision, analytical thinking, and risk awareness.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Monitor and understand system capital flow changes
Connect fiat channels and support capital process integration/testing
Work with customer service to resolve fund-related issues
Respond quickly and accurately to capital incidents
Collaborate on fund aspects of marketing campaigns
Provide insight into fund data patterns and reconciliation logic
Guide subordinates in fund-related daily operations
Address any systemic or operational fund issues

✅ Required Qualifications

Experience: 7–10 years in clearing, settlement, or treasury (ideally in banks, exchanges, or payment platforms)
Education: Bachelor's or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Language: English fluency required; Chinese proficiency is a plus
Skills:
Solid risk awareness and identification
Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
Excellent communicator and decision-maker
Leadership and project ownership experience
Familiarity with Internet Finance and traditional finance
Bonus: Experience in acquiring risk control (e.g., bank or Visa) is highly preferred
