We're looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to help onboard high-profile institutional clients while ensuring compliance with global KYC/AML regulations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to be at the forefront of the crypto economy, this role is for you.

🔍 What You’ll Do

✔ Client Due Diligence: Conduct KYC/AML reviews for institutional clients, ensuring compliance with BSA, OFAC, and FinCEN regulations.

✔ Client Communication: Guide high-profile clients through onboarding, answering complex questions and managing sensitive requests.

✔ Risk Assessment: Analyze documentation, escalate suspicious activity, and recommend approval/rejection decisions.

✔ Process Improvement: Collaborate with Compliance, Sales, and Engineering to refine onboarding workflows.

✔ Regulatory Expertise: Stay updated on crypto compliance trends and apply best practices to case investigations.

✅ What We Look For

• 3+ years in client onboarding, AML/KYC, or compliance (financial services/crypto preferred).
• Strong knowledge of BSA, OFAC, and FinCEN regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Google Suite.
• CAMS certification is a plus!
