🔍 Role Overview:

TikTok’s Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is seeking a Client Partner to manage key client portfolios in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), Beauty, and Luxury industries. The role is focused on driving business growth through TikTok’s advertising solutions, managing relationships with clients and agencies, and collaborating across teams to achieve ad revenue targets.

🔑 Responsibilities:

• Account Strategy: Develop comprehensive strategies for client portfolios (FMCG, Beauty, Luxury) to contribute to their marketing and business growth via TikTok for Business.
• Client & Agency Management: Build strong relationships with both client and agency stakeholders to achieve business milestones.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Ops, to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
• Market Insights: Leverage 1st party data to build valuable insights and deliver long-term solutions to clients.
• Ad Revenue Targets: Collaborate with your team to ensure ad revenue and other key business targets are met.

📚 Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a commercial role at a technology-driven company or in management consulting with exposure to digital and marketing.
• Experience working with large clients, managing complex relationships, and moving decisions through organizations.
• Strong data analysis skills to derive insights and drive business performance.
• Professional proficiency in Japanese and English.

• Experience in Digital Ads Sales.
• Experience working with FMCG Industry clients.
• Experience with global platforms and project management.
