Job Title: Client Services Specialist
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary customer contact during onboarding
- Respond to calls and emails promptly
- Perform account setup and database maintenance
- Upsell and cross-sell Fintech products
- Provide technical and website training to clients
- Evaluate and resolve service inquiries
- Recommend system/process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation and SOPs
- Track critical customer issues and escalate as needed
- Collaborate across internal business units
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems a plus
- Experience with ACH processing and project coordination preferred
