Role Overview:

The Cold Storage Analyst III will be an integral part of Coinbase’s Cold Storage Operations team, responsible for executing critical blockchain activities such as transaction processing and staking operations. This role demands precision and technical expertise, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to continuously improve blockchain infrastructure. You will support our highest-value customers and institutions, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the resilience and scalability of Coinbase’s systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a domain expert across multiple channels, offering white-glove support to global institutional clients (including Prime and Custody).
• Execute transaction processing for institutional clients, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Provide high-priority, articulate, and empathetic support to customers through email and video calls.
• Make data-driven decisions by understanding key business metrics.
• Drive improvements in process workflows, collaborating with sales, security, and product teams.
• Lead by example, setting high standards for performance and work ethic within the team.
• Operationalize new and existing policies, processes, and procedures within the Client Services scope.
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams, providing feedback on bugs, incidents, and product suggestions.
• Participate in a 24x7 team, including weekend shift rotations and occasional overnight coverage.

What We Look For:

• Passion for Coinbase’s mission and creating a seamless, high-quality support experience for institutional clients.
• Experience in working with high-priority clients, product support, payments, fraud, or similar domains.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, global financial markets, and trading platforms.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain assets, networks, or products.
• Must be available for shift work, including weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial services, technology, and/or operations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working across departments, stakeholders, and clients.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to Coinbase offices and client locations as required.

Nice to Haves:

• Degree in business, finance, or data analytics.
• Experience with API support and data analysis (SQL, Looker, Snowflake).
• Proficiency in European languages such as French or German is a plus.

Compensation:

• Target annual salary: $101,000 SGD
• Full-time offers include a target bonus, equity, and benefits (medical, dental, and vision).
