About the Role

As a Dispute Analyst – P2P, you will play a crucial frontline role in ensuring fairness, safety, and user trust in Binance’s Peer-to-Peer (P2P) trading platform. This role involves professional arbitration of disputes, fraud detection, customer experience enhancement, and acting as the voice of the user to drive operational and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Arbitrate customer disputes on the P2P marketplace professionally and efficiently
• Investigate trading activities, identify potential fraud, and take appropriate action to maintain platform integrity
• Use customer insights and root cause analysis to suggest product and process improvements
• Serve as the “Voice of the Customer” across internal teams and stakeholders
• Identify and share learnings from disputes and complaints with internal teams, partners, and, where appropriate, external stakeholders
• Ensure customer feedback is continuously collected via surveys and used to refine service delivery
• Coach peers through feedback, development plans, and performance improvement strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer service representative role
• Strong written communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle somewhat technical queries from customers
• Demonstrated multitasking and time management abilities, especially under pressure
• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and P2P payments is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed
• Existing Binance P2P user is highly preferred
