The Binance Wallet team is developing a decentralized ecosystem including:

• On-chain infrastructure
• Self-custody wallets
• A DEX (Decentralized Exchange)
• Decentralized Earn

This Web3 initiative complements Binance’s centralized exchange (CEX) business.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Engage with the community on Telegram, forums, chat groups, etc.
• Manage and grow relationships with partners.
• Gather and analyze community feedback; provide insights for product and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute community initiatives.
• Develop and implement integrated campaigns, from strategy to execution and performance analysis.
• Experiment with new content, channels, creatives for growth.
• Design and execute campaigns/contests involving KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to drive engagement.

✅ Requirements

• 1+ year experience in blockchain/Web3.
• Solid grasp of crypto culture, terminology, and trends.
• Understanding of financial/blockchain trading platforms, especially on-chain trading and Web3 wallets.
• Flexible with extended working hours for global community engagement.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates ownership, maturity, and entrepreneurial drive.
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Skilled in using analytics/reporting tools.
