Team Mission

This role is part of Binance’s Web3 wallet division, which is developing a decentralized ecosystem (DEX, Earn, cross-chain trading, self-custody). It represents Binance’s strategic expansion into non-custodial, on-chain finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with community via Telegram, forums, and chat groups to answer questions and manage sentiment.
• Maintain and grow relationships with partners and KOLs (key opinion leaders/influencers).
• Gather and analyze community feedback to support product and marketing strategy.
• Support cross-functional campaigns in collaboration with product, marketing, and support teams.
• Launch campaigns, contests, or initiatives to increase engagement and reach.
• Create and experiment with content, creative assets, and new communication channels.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.

Requirements

• 1+ year in blockchain/Web3 industry experience required.
• Strong understanding of crypto trends, culture, and trading platforms, especially on-chain/Web3 wallets.
• Able to engage flexibly, including during off-hours (common for global Web3 communities).
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and ownership mindset.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Dune, etc.).
• Passionate about startups or fast-evolving environments.
